Your users may have multiple failed login attempts that lock their accounts. Depending on the settings configured, as an Admin, you can unlock the user's account for them.
Why use this feature?
This feature allows you to unlock a user account that may have been locked due to multiple failed login attempts.
Before you begin
To follow the instructions in this article, you will need at least Admin access.
How to
- Log in to Vena and navigate to the Admin tab.
- Find the user that has been locked out.
- Right-click the user's name.

Select Unlock User from the dropdown menu.
- Once unlocked, you can advise the user to reset their password and log in.
